Supervisions never fix a problem when you complain to them because of the necessary paperwork they will have to do. They really need some serious work. Staff didn't feel like management cared about them. I met a lot of good friends, that's all. Help us improve! Nothing to say about this place but if you need a job and can deal with a certain stress level this is the place to start working. There is advancement within the department if you want to move up. I work in the armory, its never a dull day. I use to be on transportation, it was great we transported offenders to their appointments, it was very interesting.

This job made me to be a strong minded person and it also enhanced my sense of security.

I was a rookie when I started in corrections and I came out more as a professional in my line of work. I thank the management and all the security team for teaching me what I know today.
